Based on ancient Chinese command‑token design prototypes and integrating oriental totem culture, the medal grants every finisher a glorious token belonging to the wilderness.

Design Concept

"Oriental Gilding"

Combining metal and flowingsand craftsmanship to deliver the texture of oriental artifacts.

Front Side

️Name engraving

Event name and competition logos, preserving raceparticipation memories.

️Flowingsand craftsmanship

Golden sand flows and swirls, symbolizing mountain winds, seaofclouds and the rhythm of running in mountains.

️Mountainwild imprints

Integrating Chongli windmills and autumn maple leaves, capturing unique scenery of autumn races.

️Tassel

Drawing on the hangingornament style of oriental ancient command tokens and jade pendants to enhance ceremonial atmosphere.

Back Side

️Laser engraving

Exclusive distance markers, group names and accumulated climbing elevation for different groups.

️Embossed patterns

Formed by interweaving exclusive patterns of three major groups; triple textures are presented in layers.

Wind Rises on Mountain Peaks, Clouds Surge Across the World

Inspired by the Jinyiwei imperial guards, the design draws elements from goldenarmor dragonscale patterns. It symbolizes runnersfaith in pressing forward bravely in the face of the unknown, standing for fearlessness, protection and glory.

"Walk along mountains, advance with momentum"

Inspired by Tibetanland culture, with Gesangred as the main tone and Tibetanstyle patterns adopted. It symbolizes runners pressing forward persistently amid the vast mountains and wilderness, and they will eventually find their own rhythm and faith.

"Pierce through the Clouds, Dawn Breaks over Wilderness"

Inspired by Dunhuang flyingApsaras, dominated by Apsarablue hue and adorned with preciouslotus patterns.

It enshrines the original aspiration of running for freedom within hopeful mountains. It is not about conquering peaks, but about encountering your trueself.
