Ski Instructor Recruitment & Golden‑Coach Selection Ongoing | Yunding Ski School, 26‑27 Season

In addition, among the Golden Coaches selected in this session, we will jointly select special‑category honors of Golden Ski Board, Golden Helmet and Golden Ski Poles together with dozens of well‑known brands, and present ski gift packages worth tens of thousands of yuan.

To guarantee professionalism, authority and national‑level positioning of the selection, all awards will be adjudicated collectively by renowned industry experts with impartial and professional review throughout the whole process. Award‑winning instructors will get the precious opportunity for face‑to‑face exchanges, learning and in‑depth discussions with top‑tier industry specialists.

Growing competition within the ski industry makes it essential for qualified certified instructors to expand career prospects through official platforms. Leveraging Yunding’s Winter‑Olympic legacy resources, this instructor recruitment and Golden‑Coach Selection offers nationwide instructors an opportunity to access top‑tier teaching resources, secure long‑term official partnerships, and earn generous cash and resort‑provided rewards. All certified ski instructors are strongly advised to seize this registration window. Furthermore, this selection serves as the only pre‑requisite channel for Yunding Ski School’s new‑season recruitment and onboarding of officially‑affiliated instructors. Participation in this event is mandatory to apply for Yunding instructor positions. Composite Score = Online Popularity‑Voting Score (40%) + Professional Qualification Assessment Score (60%)

Popularity Score (40% weighting)

Scores are standardized by vote ranking to prevent score distortion caused by extreme gaps in raw vote counts.

Scoring rule: The highest‑vote contestant gets full 40 points; other scores are scaled proportionally.

Professional Assessment Score (60% weighting, scored by organizing‑committee judges)

Judge panel: Senior experts in ski teaching, training and assessment.

Scoring rule: The top‑ranked contestant receives full 60 points; other scores are scaled proportionally.

Professional‑Skill Competition: Training‑Plan Design Contest

Competition format: On‑site presentation

Competition content: Contestants independently review given case materials, complete plan drafting, analyze learners in the case, and design a mini‑cycle training plan tailored to learners with varying health conditions, skiing proficiency levels and teaching goals. The plan shall cover five modules: learner‑profile analysis, training objectives, training schedule, training content, and teaching methodologies.

Competition timing: 10 minutes for case reading & plan drafting; 10 minutes for presentation.

Online Popularity‑Voting Rules: Each user ID has 5 votes within the voting cycle. Votes may be cast for one or multiple contestants. Contestants are responsible for canvassing votes on their own.
