Event Date: Saturday, March 15, 2025  

Location: 1A Moon Chaser, Yunding Ski Park  

Format: Snow Mountain Bike 2X flag race (knockout system). Detailed competition rules will be released later.  

Categories: Elite, Women’s, Youth (12 & under)  

Rules:  

- Ride only in designated areas/times.  

- Bikes must be pushed to the start point (About 250m).  

- No interference with other skiers or racers during transit.  

Schedule:  

12:00-15:00 – Check-in & Personal Equipment Inspection (Ski Hall, 2F, Yunding Grand Hotel)  

15:00-15:30 – Rider Briefing & Draw & Publish the schedule (Banquet Hall 1, 2F, Yunding Grand Hotel)  

15:30-17:30 – Official Training (Open practice zones,Experience track)  

17:30-19:30 – Main Event (Qualifiers → Knockouts → Finals)  

20:00-21:30 – Awards Ceremony, Champions’ Dinner & Prize Draw (Banquet Hall 1, 2F, Yunding Grand Hotel)  

Fee: ¥158/person (includes event insurance, dinner buffet, prize draw, summer bike lift pass).

Requirements:  

1. Bring Enduro/AM/DH bikes with 140mm+ suspension. E-bikes must remove batteries.  

2.Full protective gear required (helmet, knee pads, etc.). Non-compliance = disqualification.  

1. All participants must sign a liability waiver. Minors must be accompanied by parents, and parents and participants signed a liability waiver. If the parents of minorsare unable to attend the event, the parents need to sign an authorization letter in advance to authorize an adult to accompany the athletes to sign theliability waiver, and the authorized person needs to show his ID card. All liability waiver must be signed by self, once found to be signed on behalf of others, disqualified.
